How does the zero upfront cost financing work?
We conduct a facility energy evaluation and design a custom LED solution. The monthly energy savings from your upgrade are used to cover the lease payments so you’re essentially using money you’re already spending on electricity to pay for better lighting. There’s no capital outlay required. Financing is set up through our partner bank.
Are your LED fixtures DLC listed?
Yes. Our LED high bay lights are DLC Premium 5.1 certified and UL 1598C listed. This means they meet the highest efficiency and quality standards and may qualify for utility rebates in your area.
Will the upgrade disrupt my operations?
We work around your schedule to minimize disruption. Our install teams are experienced in commercial and industrial environments and complete most projects efficiently with minimal downtime.
Are there utility rebates available?
Yes, and we will help you with them. Many utility providers offer rebates for commercial LED upgrades. Because our fixtures are DLC Premium certified, they typically qualify. We’ve seen rebates ranging from $2,600 to $12,000+ depending on the project size and utility provider.
